Law firms in Texas and Florida have had promotions for Rhett Wadsworth's We Pay More Funding on web pages that appear to be from the law firm's website as a guest blog. The promotions feature multiple contextual links to We Pay More Funding as well as an image ad with yet another link. The law firms that I've seen targeted so far, are not strictly personal injury law firms. One of them is a criminal defense firm. This is a message of caution to law firms.
We Pay More Funding LLC is a Fort Lauderdale Florida based company whose value proposition is to buy structured settlement payments for pennies on the dollar. When I spoke to a partner at one of the law firms, he denied he knew anything about it and noted that they recently switched SEO companies. That didn't surprise me since most law firms hire outside SEO specialists and digital marketing companies to maintain their websites and for some, to provide a source for lead generation. Other law firms may hire such firms to generate content because it may find it challenging to consistently generate fresh original content in a market that is so competitive.
Cheap foreign labor is a common component of the work produced by such digital marketing companies as is evident by the word syntax in the following We Pay More Funding example.

Rhett Wadsworth was a groomer of Terrence Taylor while working for Structured Asset Funding, according to allegations in a legal action against his former employer. Terrence Taylor completed the majority of his 11 transactions in less than 2 years with Rhett's former employer or its subsidiaries and affiliates in the Portsmouth Virginia court that is at the center of a separate class action lawsuit.
