Structuredsettlement.us(dot)com. an internet predator website. attempts to scam Queens New York consumers with the notion that by selling their structured settlement they will receive more out of your structured settlement than it's currently giving you". Nothing could be further from the truth.         

"Queens has some of the hardest working people in New York. Selling structured settlements has been a topic of conversation in the area lately. Structured settlements are more than just a judgement for you. They are also a potential financial asset that can be bought or sold like other property. That means that you might be able to get more out of your structured settlement than it    ’s currently giving you. <---fraudulent advertising by StructuredSettlement.us(dot)com

Why StructuredSettlementUs(dot)Com is Misleading

  • If you sell your structured settlement you will never get all of your structured settlement payments. If you keep your structured settlement and don't sell to the internet predator, you will receive your structured settlement payments as scheduled. If you get 35-50 cents on the dollar and  you don't spend the proceeds you will first have to earn back what you lost by selling to the internet predator, or its affiliated funding companies or investors.  Your task will be harder because you have lost the tax advantage and must take on more volatility to have any hope of just breaking even.
  • Structuredsettlement.us(dot)com is anonymously registered because the internet predator wants to hide from the public
  • The Structuredsettlementus(dot)com privacy policy and terms and conditions refer to an entity " Structured Settlement" as the name of the entity. A search of the website for the California Secretary of State shows no entity actively registered with that name.
  • The Structuredsettlement.us(dot)com internet predator website offers no phone number and only accepts correspondence if you fill out a form.  You should never fill out a form on a website without verifying the business.

Structured settlement.us.com is attempting to spread its brand of B.S. all over the 5 Boroughs. Their response this post was to plagiarize this post, make it about us and post it on a complaint site, a pattern associated with some of the Maryland structured settlement cash now fraudsters which I have previously covered on this blog.  It's shame that such fraudsters cannot simply be honest with consumers.
