What is a Facilitator?

A facilitator is someone who engages in the activity of facilitation. They help a group of people understand their common objectives and assists them to plan how to achieve these objectives; in doing so, the facilitator remains "neutral" meaning he/she does not take a particular position in the discussion.

Do Structured Settlement Payments Need Any Further Stimulus?

There is nothing to facilitate about structured settlement payments. Structured settlements are a safe, very low maintenance financial vehicle.  You enter into a structured settlement as part of the settlement of a your legal case and the payments are either mailed to you or deposited directly into your bank, checking account or trust.  No watering,  prodding or therapy sessions or annuity whisperers required.

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
