The domain SellMyAnnuity.Net was previously associated with Annuity Action Network in 2015, a lead generator for a South Florida factoring company that is a current member of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP). 

A call to the 866-484-4463 number on the above captured page was at time of posting (and one hour before) forwarded to a real estate company in Calgary in the Canadian province of Alberta  with a totally different number bearing a 403 area code. Area code 403 is a telephone are code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) for the Canadian province of Alberta. Source: Wikipedia.
