On the one hand "trusted settlement advocates" and Ringler "sprout" Relles Setttlement Services states on its home page that it " is representing the plaintiff exclusively. Despite there being no mistake that the word exclusive in context means "plaintiff" and no other, Relles Settlement Services raises a serious false advertising question with what appears on its other web pages:
■ In-office property and casualty file reviews. ■ Annuity illustrations and plans to initiate negotiations. ■ Attendance at mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences. ■ Educational seminars and training sessions for claims professionals" |
Didn't Mama say there'll be days like this?
I also recall she said "you'd better shop around".
UPDATE September 12, 2012 I received a call from Ross Relles for the first time concerning this post. Ross says that the website has been updated and that he does not provide assistance to claims professionals in 2012.
