A week after my expose of the NLRBFCU.org apparent tribute to "Garland Greene", the fictional serial killer who boasted in 1997's Con Air, that he "drove through 3 states wearing her head as a hat", the dubious "NLRB Financial Consumer-Union" which wore the well worn online "head" of the National Labor Relations Board Credit Union as a "hat" to drum up leads for a Florida company, NLRBFCU.org has a new hat, the "National Review Brand Foundation of Consumer Updates". One week ago based in Washington DC and a week later following the fraud exposure it says its based in Savannah Georgia . The website places the heavy emphasis on the words "National Review".

The name Laura Bushnell continues to appear on NLRBFCU.org although, as I pointed out last week, she is likely not even a real person. The stated credentials do not check out. Doubtful. No licenses for NLRBFCU.org found in New York, Massachusetts or Georgia at time of posting.
NLRBFCU.org Tries to Trim State Law in Its Terms of Use in Attempted Waiver of Rights. Consumers, structured settlement annuitants and owners of structured settlement payment rights should Be wary. Check this out. Seems questionable.
