CrowFly, LLC Misleads Consumers About Founder John Bair's Structured Settlement Industry Role

Buffalo structured settlement originator CrowFly, LLC, of which Milestone Consulting CEO John Bair is a Director and Co-Founder and Legal Examiner blogger, misleads consumers and prospective customers in its Ebook on how to sell structured settlement payments.

The CrowFly E-Book's Meet the Founders page includes a short bio of John Bair which states " John (Bair) is a veteran of the structured settlement industry and a former board member of the National Trade Association.  (emphasis added)

CrowFly, LLC has falsely misrepresented John Bair's role in the structured settlement industry:

  1. Since 1985, the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) has been the leading voice of the structured settlement industry with nearly 1,200 individual NSSTA members today.
  2. To my knowledge as someone who has been a member of NSSTA since the early 1990s and the knowledge of two other long time members, I contacted to verify, John Bair has NEVER been elected to or served on the Board of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
  3. The capitalization of the letters N, T and A is telling.  Why Would CrowFly, LLC lie about its own Director, to structured settlement annuitants in an Ebook on how to sell structured settlement payments? That's what I would want to know.
  4. While the Society of Settlement Planners is not the National Trade Association for the structured settlement industry, I confirmed that John Bair has not been a board member of that either. #nowiggleroom

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
