The latest howler from Einstein Structured Settlements is its bogus announcement that Berkshire Hathaway will cease taking on new business related to the structured settlement industry.
Berkshire Hathaway has only been one of the leading writers of structured settlement premium this year and is very much taking on new business.
Now the Einstein inaccuracy about Berkshire Hathaway was back in February 2013, when Allstate Life and John Hancock Life withdrew from the marketplace.
Einstein Structured Settlements is not a credible or reliable source of structured settlement information, in my professional opinion.
It is typical of lead generation websites where content is farmed out to people who know little about the industry they are writing about and whatever they do write is clearly obtained second or third hand by which time it becomes diluted.
