Postscript
Brian Pettiford assumed the alias Mark Belford when going to work for Ryan Blank and Richart Ruddie at AnnuitySold in Owings Mills, Maryland. AnnuitySold and several other Blank and Ruddie affiliated companies are serving a 7 year ban from doing business in Maryland following an investigation by the Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh's office.
