Annuity Payment Freedom Strays Out of Its Lane in San Francisco

Are you going to San Fran-cisco?  If you do, you'll find some wear structured settlement ignorance in their hair.

Paraphrasing Meghan Trainor, when "it's all about the basics"..the basics..the basics, structured settlement taxation isn't "all about the payments", it's all about the damages that the structured settlement payments represent.

For example, periodic payments from a structured settlement arising out of an employment case or property damage case or intellectual property case may have different tax outcomes than a case where periodic payments are compensation for personal physical injury, physical sickness, wrongful death, wrongful incarceration.

Jovan Johnson, a California lawyer, is the proprietor of the website with the inaccuracy, Annuity Payment Freedom (dot)Net, his website as "we provide free, publicly accessible, financial information. Notably absent is "accurate". Johnson says "we earn money if a visitor contacts us to sell annuity payments rights and completes such a transaction. [Emphasis added]

Maybe Jovan Johnson should stick to what he knows.

Johnson caused a bit of a hurly burly in 2023, as structured settlement brokers from the primary market became aware of his use of individual structured settlement broker names and names of structured settlement firms to promote and drive traffic to his factoring lead generation efforts on Annuity Payment Freedom. Taken together with another site of Johnson's, Paymaster.co, on which Paymaster.co's address is the same as Johnson's law office (FedEx Authorized ShipCenter - Mailbox Depot at Los Angeles, CA - 6230-A Wilshire Blvd 90048, Suite 1795) , apparently a mailbox in an aging strip mall.

Johnson's efforts were tracked back to 2020.
