  • None of these companies buys or sells structured settlement annuities, they buy structured settlement payment rights not structured settlement annuities unless, in an extremely rare case, the structured settlement was established without a qualified assignment, and the owner does not object. Ask any of these companies to prove they've actually bought such annuities as opposed to structured settlement payment rights. 
  • All of these companies are soliciting people who already have structured settlements to sell the rights to their structured settlement payments for what amounts to pennies on the dollar.

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
