CrowFly's "How to Make Sense of Structured Settlement Annuity Quotes" conflates the term "structured settlement annuity quotes" for valuing future structured settlement payment rights that people are selling for cash now.
Really pathetic in my opinion, for a company co-founded by a licensed insurance agent who should know better. In doing so, CrowFly demonstrates that it is no better than any of its structured settlement cash now competitors. Their post conflates to draw people to their calculator which provides an estimate of what future payments are worth, not structured settlement annuity quotes.
- Are any sellers who use CrowFly's platform selling the structured settlement annuities funding their payments, or are they selling structured settlement payment rights?
- Are an investors who buy from CrowFly, buying structured settlement annuities or are they buying structured settlement payment rights?
