David Springer, a Mt. Airy MD man and former proprietor of Sovereign Funding Group, was cited for "questionable business methods" by Maryland federal judge Marvin Garbis in April 2015 judicial findings and memorandum of law. David Springer has on multiple occasions, jiggered his Linkedin profile to hide his Sovereign Funding activity and prior association, in Grenada, with convicted fraudster Laurent Barnabe, from future employers and prospective clients. Springer has also admitted to making up fake profiles on LinkedIn, which he used to endorse himself and fake identities he created and provided false information to the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland for a consumer facing listing.
But this takes the cake. David Springer's current LinkedIn profile claims that he is licensed with the Maryland Insurance Administration with a Life (insurance) line of authority from 2016- Present. Neither the dates of professional license that the Mt. Airy man claims, nor the line of authority Springer claims he has, can be corroborated in the most current Maryland Insurance Administration database. I have reported this discrepancy to the Maryland Insurance Administration this afternoon.
Those of us who actual hold active licenses should not have to tolerate the incorrigible David Springer. A 2011 promotional video falsely promoting David Springer as a lawyer, while referring to other lawyers as crooks, was published on the Sovereign Funding YouTube channel, where it remains published today.
David Springer spent $3,000 just to buy software to create fake social media likes, then complained to Rip Off report about the Romanian vendor when the software designed to deceive consumers wouldn't work
