The sentencing of Wesley Michael Woodyard, the former Dallas structured settlement broker turned fraudster, has been moved to July 7, 2017, the day that sliced bead was introduced.

Woodyard defrauded ACE Insurance Company in a highly irregular sequencing of funding that would never happen with structured settlements.
Unfortunately Ringler Associates was sued by the insurers. The matter was subsequently settled. Woodyard went AWOL for about a year before getting pinched in Minnesota last year.
