Seneca One offers up to $500 for which they will require payback at $50 per month for 10 months. But you need to have a verifiable structured settlement to qualify**. Not only must it be a verifiable structured settlement but you must hold structured settlement payment rights that can be sold.
Like Seneca One's dreadful misleading National Structured Settlement Registry stunt, this appears to be a thinly veiled attempt to increase its database so that you can be solicited in the future. Don't fall for it. For them $500 per qualified name is cheaper than $300 or more per click with sponsored internet ads.
On the home page of the website Fast Annuity Advance, Seneca One prostitutes a sumptuous photo stock model with "high beam" white teeth as a customer who needed a $500 advance. This implausibility was once dubbed a customer named "Kristen" by Seneca One competitors DRB Capital and Imperial Structured Settlements, until they too were exposed.
- DRB Capital/Imperial "Customer" "Kristen" Is In Fact a Stock Photo
- DRB Capital "Kristen ad
- Imperial Structured Settlements "Kristen" ad
Kristen has also been used by other members of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers.
Needless to say there are plenty of reasons to avoid Seneca One. Read my Seneca One commentary
