Not long after this blog was published, in January 2018, Annuity Sold, its owners and its affiliates Uber Funding, Bendermere Capital Solutions, Axis Funding, Stonebridge Capital, Greenspring Funding, Preak Street, LLC, ILILIL2010, Palantir Packaging and JRR Funding were banned from doing business in Maryland for 7 years, due to fraud and have to pay a minimum of $625,000 and as much as $900,000 in restitution, fines and costs thanks to a the efforts of the Maryland attorney general's investigation.
