McKellar Structured Settlements' Prospects Scammed by Einstein Structured Settlement Brandjackers

Canadian structured settlement company McKellar Structured Settlements should be getting their knickers in a twist over how their brand is being hijacked by an Owings Mills Maryland Real Estate service company that Ryan Blank's father Barry Blank is affiliated with.  Mckellarstructuredsettlements(dot).com was registered  in 2011. At time of publication typing in mckellarstructuredsettlements(dot)com the visitor is redirected to a page on the Einstein Structured Settlements website.

Why don't we brand jack Mckellar Structured Settlements? Genius!

According to the above screenshot there are external JavaScripts for lead generation software used by JRR Funding, a company associated with Ryan Blank and Richart Ruddie, high school chums from Owings Mills.  Well this is a real "chumsicle"!  The Einstein structured settlements toll free number is displayed on the landing page when one types in the McKellar named domain.

The Registrant is listed as Brian Smith G&C  8560 Sunset Blvd Los Angeles CA  (which comes up empty on a Google search), but the email is listed as [email protected].  Ryan Blank has been associated with multiple aliases such as Ryan William, Ryan Einstein, Ryan Kaplan and Ray Goldberg

[email protected] is an address used by Ryan Blank  GGC Diamonds at the same address 300 Red Brook Blvd. Owings Mills Maryland 21117 for thefollowing websites.

There is an inbound link from 123lumpsum.com. Richart Ruddie and Ryan Blank used to do affiliate marketing and SEO work for 123 Lump Sum. The Google Analytics code associated with Mckellarstructuredsettlements brand jack domain is also used by sites associated with Richart Ruddie. Ruddie was sued among others in 2012  in a suit brought by a notable Las Vegas gambler for alleged conspiracy and deceptive trade practices arising from Ruddie and co's  Coopers Picks website.

Annuitants cannot sell structured settlements in Canada leaving really only one plausible explanation.
