Are you looking for Morgan Chase Trust Company?   Morgan Chase Trust Company was a previous name of what is now known as Capital First Trust Company, a popular trustee for settlement trusts used by settlement planners to help manage personal injury recoveries.

Capital First Trust Company (“Capital First”) is an independent state-chartered trust company with its charter situs being South Dakota. Capital First’s business is to serve as trustee and trust administrator for Settlement Trusts and Wealth Management Trusts, i.e. financial and estate planning trusts. Pursuant to South Dakota statute, Capital First may administer trusts in all fifty states and is trustee for more than 1,100 trusts.  Capital First Trust Company has its administrative offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
  • When it comes to settlement documents it is the ultimate responsibility of the lawyers or claims adjusters who receive input concerning the structured settlement aspects of the documents to actually read the entire document, exercise independent thought and advise their clients properly

  • Most states require that Testimonials represent the CURRENT opinion of the person who made the testimonial. Be prepared to back it up.
