Tricia Nixx, the Washington DC area "cat lady"  offers some incredible evidence that structured settlement annuitants are seen as prey for cash now predators to "pounce on". 

Tricia Nixx's LinkedIn profile is something that Brian Frosh and Elijah Cummings should be looking into.  On this showing she has an important story to tell about what really goes on behind the scenes.  To wit, Tricia Nixx states that her structured settlement leads  are the most detailed available and "are ready for your sales team to pounce on these people".    Download Structured Settlement Leads _ LinkedIn Court Scrapers

Tricia Nixx shows just how disconnected that court scrapers and lead generators are from the people who have structured settlements

Tricia Nixx claims to have addresses, phones, social media, email, relatives with structured settlements, previous sales, payment streams available for a price.

She says other people who sell leads simply buy them from runners or court clerks.

Brian Frosh and Elijah Cummings would do well to question Tricia Nixx as a witness. She states in her LinkedIn profile that she has run 2 research departments at factoring companies, although she does not name them in her online resume on Linkedin.  Who better to know the dirt?

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
