Why would David Springer rent office space in the name of the "purported entity" Sovereign Funding Group if he was out of business?
According to a representative of Regus Office at 5100 Buckeystown Rd Suite 250., Frederick MD, Sovereign Funding Group, the "purported company" of Mount Airy former structured settlement factoring broker and sole proprietor David Springer, held office space there until June 2014 . Springer high-tailed it there after we exposed his UPS mailbox gig in Rockville MD. home of Springer's social media world of fake employees.
Springer's case against Erie Insurance Group to cover his defense costs in another lawsuit brought by JG Wentworth (for similar claims of business conduct to the lawsuit by Woodbridge Structured Funding), was predicated on the claiming he was no longer in business, a statement Springer made his answer to the lawsuit complaint filed against him by Woodbridge Structured Funding. The Maryland Court of Appeals held that an activity triggers the business pursuits exclusion within a homeowner’s policy if the policyholder is regularly or continually engaged in the activity to earn a living and if the policyholder undertakes the activity for a profit motive.
There is a fee associated with Regus office center and the BBB of Greater Maryland.
The " great" purveyors of "accurate consumer information", the BBB of Greater Maryland just do not want to give up on David Springer. BBB still lists the above Regus Office Center address even though David Springer has been gone since June 2014.
