Craigs List is the pawn shop of choice for one of what seems like dime a dozen new entrants to the structured settlement factoring scene who "had to close (his) structured settlement office had great leads but lacked capital to hire a marketing and sales team. Moving on".
In the ad it says all of the "10K leads for sale" were purportedly "pulled from courts all over the country in the past 3 years" and include:
Name
Address
Phone
Case
Date of last transfer
Insurance Company
Name of Competing Settlement Purchaser
Payments that the annuitant sold
Some with payments remaining info (to be targeted for future sales)
It's bad enough that annuitant information is being culled from court records to target these people for incessant mailings and robo calls, and other purported intrusions, but being flogged on Craigs List like an old set of pots and pans or used furniture, brings things into another dimension.
