Income Stream Exchange LLC has appropriated testimonials and media from the website and YouTube of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA), to promote the business of marketing structured settlement payment rights to investors. The out of context use of testimonials of William T. Robinson, III, Esq., Hon. John Lewis, Civil Rights Leader and Congressman, Frank Reilly, Professor at University of Notre Dame and Kyle Greene's father Roger Greene is just plain disingenuous.
Income StreamXC labels the testimony of these folks as " what they're saying", as if to imply that these folks endorsed the purchase of structured settlement payment rights by investors when they made them to encourage injury victims and their families to use structured settlements. On December 2, 2014, IncomeStreamXC has copied and uploaded to its own account, the "Kyle Greene Story" (which NSSTA produced over a decade a ago and has been posted on the NSSTA website) captioned "One Family's Story" as if to imply that the Greene' s purchased structured settlement payment rights for Kyle. The icing on the "sleazecake" move is not embedding or linking to the video from NSSTA's page and then branding it without crediting it to the proper source.
It seems to me that the aforementioned need to be informed about how their testimonials and media are being used so they can determine what to do next.
The entire structured settlement secondary market, consumers and investors suffer from a lack of regulation of sales and solicitation, including advertising.
