We've seen it on TV and in the movies where people attempt to cover their tracks they usually forget something. David Springer began to paper over his existence by installing a "cartoon character" named James Goldstein as Sovereign Funding Group CEO. He then went back and attempted to change things, for example something he wrote in 2009 and I discovered it and called him out. But papering over his wife Melissa Springer? Why would THAT be necessary?
Let's examine the loose ends...
Wednesday January 23, 2013, Melanie Miller (Nickame "Minky") one of Sovereign Funding Group President'David Springer's female personae "starts work" at Sovereign Funding Group then located at a UPS store mailbox in Rockville MD rented by David Springer on or about June 12, 2012. "She" (David Springer) marks this with this post on Google Plus Download Melanie Miller - Google+ 1-23-2013 Starts work at Sovereign Funding
January 23, 2013 1021am Sovereign Funding Group posts the following question on Facebook:
" Current estimated jackpot for Powerball is $110 million. what would you do with the money if you won?"
After presumbly getting her coffee, Melanie Miller chirps in at 1031am.
January 23, 2013 10:33am David Springer's wife, Melissa Stoloff Springer, first liked Melanie Miller's comment, following with her own comment.
January 23,2013 10:42am Someone named "Cara Lynch", believed to be yet another David Springer "cartoon character" (for reasons I am about to reveal) pipes in with "Yikes-when is the drawing" [ as an aside I have observed Springer likes to use the word "Yikes"]

Now, here's how the same page appears today! Note that the Melissa Stoloff Springer comments and like has been hidden or deleted. Furthermore it appears that new comments for Melanie Miller and Cara Lynch have been made, , three hours AFTER the original comments, but stating exactly the same thing! Why would THAT be necessary? Have a look...
In addition to the above post it appears that other instances on Sovereign Funding Group's Facebook page where Melissa Stoloff Springer's name formerly appeared, have been hidden or deleted.
At the time the comments were made Melissa Springer was listed as in charge of Sovereign Mortgage and Funding Coporation in official records with the State of Maryland. Download SFMG Maryland SoS records 4-3-2013
David Springer used his fake characters to promote his own business, misleading potential customers. For example his fake characters were promoted with fraudulent academic credentials and David Springer endorsed himself on Linkedin through one of the "cartoon characters" he admitted to in his June 28,2013 deposition. He also admitted to impersonating his wife in the same deposition.
The extensive shenanigans of David Springer are yet another reason for increased regulation of the structured settlement secondary market. The structured settlement watchdog encourages members of Congress and legislators in the State of Florida to research our extensive posts on David Springer for insight into techiniques used to mislead consumers.
