Sovereign Funding Group's "Gator" is a "Crock"

This is the third in a three part series in which we share with readers the results of our research into the academic credentials of named associates of Sovereign Funding Group, real or imaginary

Karen Jones ain't no GatorKaren Jones is one of 8 in the Google Plus circle of James Goldstein, variously described  in various forms on the Internet as the CEO, owner and  Senior Vice President and senior management of Sovereign Funding Group. James Goldstein's academic credentials do not check out and neither do Karen Jones' credentials.

On May 30, 2013 I received information that the University of Florida  has no record of anyone named Karen Jones who attended or received a degree from the university. 

In January  "Karen Jones" squealed with delight on Google Plus about her new job at Sovereign Funding in Rockville,MD.  As I have previously covered in a previous blog post, Rockville, MD of course is the mail box, in a UPS store, that was purchased by David Springer on or about June 13, 2012.

The issue of the academic credentials of these people associated with Sovereign Funding Group is a very serious matter in my opinion.  

 You may draw your own conclusions and do your own research, but I certainly would not recommend anyone do business with Sovereign Funding Group under the circumstances.

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
  • When it comes to settlement documents it is the ultimate responsibility of the lawyers or claims adjusters who receive input concerning the structured settlement aspects of the documents to actually read the entire document, exercise independent thought and advise their clients properly
