Cash Now Pushers Hitting the LTD Market

Surf's up at the long term disability insurance beach and the cash noSound the alarm on cash now hustlersw pushers are waxing their surboards ready to "shoot the curl".  The social media sales pitch is the same as we've seen in the under regulated secondary structured settlement marketplace. 

Cash now hustlers now seem to be going after every foundational financial instrument with a pulse, from VA disability benefits to people's retirement plans.  There is a clear and present danger (nod to Tom Clancy) to Americans' financial security.

I'm sounding the alarm folks.

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
