Rescue Capital's Dawn Anderson's "cat fight" with Chelsea Alvin over an untimely article and SE O marketing, results in her being hoisted on her own petard.
Anderson states that Alvin's "acorn" stated "that J.G. Wentworth filed for Chapter 11. However this appears to be far from the truth" and goes on to say "has several mistruths bes ides the bankruptcy happening recently".
Biases be known, according to bio appearing on the Rescue Capital website, Ms. Anderson has worked within the financial industry for several years at J.P. Morgan Chase and J.G. Wentworth to name a few.
Now comes the irony...
Anderson states "Back in 2007, J.G. Wentworth sued Settlement Funding, LLC aka Woodbridge and lost for buying its name on Google Adwords as well as putting J.G. Wentworth’s name and trademarks in the meta data for Woodbridge’s website. Meta data was used by search engines to develop their results at one point (emphasis ours)
Wasn't Settlement Funding LLC the doing business as for Peachtree Settlement Funding, LLC, not Woodbridge?
Rescue Capital is the structured settlement factoring company that is tied to Michael A. Upchurch ("Chairman MAU"), CEO of Delta Settlements, a company which puts people into structured settlements.
