by Structured Settlement Watchdog
Some of the dumbest things said about structured settlements are by foreigners in remote lands whose financial literacy is undermined by an apparent inability to communicate in English, or the poor quality of their translation program. A great case in point is a website called Forex Trading Analysis which takes up shelf space responding to the question "Do You pay Taxes on Structured Settlement" with
"Sometimes if a claimant is a container for a big sum of money, the defendant, the lawful representative for the plaintiff, or consult a monetary planner in collaboration by means of the settlement, the payment of the resolution in installments in excess of occasion rather supposed an amount. Where arrangements are paid in petroleum way is a structured settlement".
