Gary Milwit is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Stone Street Capital, LLC. In a July 1st post on the Stone Street Capital Blog "What You Can Expect From Stone Street Capital When You Sell Your Future Payments To Us? (sic)", Milwit deliberately says in block capitals..." STONE STEET CAPITAL, LLC WILL ALWAYS DELIVER THE MONEY WE TELL YOU WILL (sic) AFTER APPROVAL" (underlines, bold for emphasis).
This is from a company that advertises that it can deliver "cash now from the cash cow"
Definition of Mutually Exclusive
Two events that have NO outcomes in common are called mutually exclusive. These are events that cannot occur at the same time. ...
-
Clearly "now" means at once
-
Clearly "after" means that there is a condition precedent, which in the case of a structured settlement factoring transaction means Court approval, something other than now, 60 days, 90 days or more (as we saw with Structured Asset Funding and the "Connecticut Woman saga", 6 months!
-
Clearly "always" means every time
If you ALWAYS pay money AFTER APPROVAL (of the structured settlement factoring transaction) then you cannot logically pay cash NOW
Thank you Gary. I'm sure your company is proud of you for sealing the false advertising case against it..
What a "Milwit"!
