"Memories... Seemed Like Yesterday" Just Got "Mangeled"

I have to hand it to my friends at The Mangelsdorf Companies, a member company of Integrated Financial Settlements (IFS) , for leaving me pining for the "Old Days".

You see if on July 26, 2009 I was seeking the answer to "What is the best life insurance company to use?" (for structured settlements) Mangelsdorf  tells us "only about 25 life insurance companies make a market in providing single premium annuities for structured settlement cases".

But then again the "Mangeled" website includes the notation that it was "last modified 02/21/2008".  How long has it been since there were 25 life insurance companies offering structured settlement annuities?

  • New York Insurance Advertising law requires the full name of the Insurer to be listed along with the city and state of the principal office. Stating that you represent these fine companies using Insurance company logos without the preceding information are also illegal
