Isn't the factoring industry ashamed to be filled with, or be associated (via pay per posters) with "illiterati"?
Check this advertising slogan from the "note jobs" at RAM Funding (a/k/a The Factoring Butt Heads")
"Sell your Structured Settlement Buyer to RAM Funding, nationwide buyer of structured settlements and YOU can collect your structured settlement annuity in one LUMP SUM OF CASH."
Does this utter nonsense imply that RAM Funding is dealing in "human slave trade"?! Hey, they'll pay you money for a "structured settlement buyer" (i.e a human being), or is this their way of "dealing with the competition"? Should Robin Marc Shapiro, Michael Goodman, Jim Terlizzi and Jim Lokey be looking over their shoulders?
Then the "Factoring Butt Heads" imply that if they buy your structured settlement "YOU can collect your structured settlement annuity in one lump sum of CASH".
It sure is unsettling to know that some poor schmuck is going to trust their deal to a group of "Factoring Butt Heads" who don't even demonstrate that they even know the basics of what their business is all about?
Licensing (for structured settlement factoring) and minimum standards anyone?
