It has significant instructional and deterrent value to other practitioners and firms as well as those who may be caught in the cross hairs.

I did a little research on this, the site appears to be hosted in the Czech Republic so it is logical the spammers are close to that, though not necessary true.
However, that is frustrating because you don't have an easy way to get the content removed right now.
What I would do is file a DMCA notice with Adsense to get their advertising revenue cut:
http://www.google.com/adsense_dmca.html
and then see what the response is. When that is done, consider filing one with the search engines to get the site removed from Google, Yahoo and MSN. Once that is done, I may be able to find some information on contacting the host.
Hope that helps!

John,
I use this service to battle spammers: http://copyscape.com/.
Filing a DMCA order with Google will help Google know which content is original. http://www.google.com/dmca.html
Best,
Andrew
