A website with the URL beginning with ledifinance.net is stealing content from this blog. Ledifinance.net is copying our content word for word in violation of our clearly posted copyright and is placing it on web pages with pay per click ads so its owners can proft from the stolen content.

The cowardly owners of Ledifinance.net hide behind the domain registry privacyprotect.org which does not accept phone calls.

I did a little research on this, the site appears to be hosted in the Czech Republic so it is logical the spammers are close to that, though not necessary true.

However, that is frustrating because you don't have an easy way to get the content removed right now.

What I would do is file a DMCA notice with Adsense to get their advertising revenue cut:

http://www.google.com/adsense_dmca.html

and then see what the response is. When that is done, consider filing one with the search engines to get the site removed from Google, Yahoo and MSN. Once that is done, I may be able to find some information on contacting the host.
