Fredricksburg VIrginia lawyer Andrew Flusche, a Phi Beta Kappa and graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law apparently believes the fallacy that you can be awarded a structured settlement. The Sole practitioner and Staff attorney at American Life League who lives with his wife and two cats, apparently is also a paid "cash now pusher".
Flusche runs a blog called "Legal Andrew" on which appears the post "Liquefy Your Periodic Payments Today". On it Flusche states "Fortunately for you , Settlement Capital can convert your (structured settlement) payments to cash today.
Did Settlement Capital pay Andrew Flusche to write this? I know the Settlement Capital people and I have a hard time believing it. Neither the Settlement Capital Corporation's website nor its blog appear to advertise what Flusche asserts. I ask Matt Bracy to respond however, knowing that court approval of a structured settlement factoring transaction (pursuant to a state's structured settlement protection act) means that liquefying your periodic payments today IS NOT feasible from Settlement Capital Corporation.
Flusche says "it’s up to consumers to understand what exactly they’re doing". Darer opines that Flusche ought to know what he is talking about BEFORE he writes this "pay per post" crap.
