Settlement Capital Corporation Continues To Set Example for Education in Secondary Market

Settlement Capital Corporation,  a factoring company out of Dallas, TX, has introduced a new website which shows the way in which more factoring companies ought to be doing the marketing side of their business. The company immediately leaves the reader with no doubt that they are in the factoring business and NOT the structured settlement business. Structured settlement payment rights are among the receivables that Settlement Capital purchases however, they clearly and correctly indicate that the creation of structured settlements is handled by licensed structured settlement professionals. Settlement Capital goes on to identify many of the companies that actually handle the creation of structured settlements in case someone reaches its website in a case of "mistaken identity".

If more factoring companies voluntarily conducted themselves, from a marketing standpoint, like Settlement Capital Corporation (and one or two others) there would probably be less overall confusion for consumers and the judiciary.
