The following came up as a pay per click ad under several AOL and Google searches: ****************************************************************

The firm's web site, which promotes numerous other things the company does or services it provides, offers no clues. Thus the above public advertisement, and the other ones linked above, beg two questions worthy of an answer:
- Is Forge Consulting, which promotes itself as "the largest non law firm contributor to the ATLA Endowment" and extols "the power of structure" on the one hand, now in the business of buying annuitants' structured settlement payment rights on the other? To my knowledge this would be an industry first...placing and buying. In order to be listed in pay per click results Forge would've had to bid on the key word combinations (in this case "structured annuity buyer", "buying structured annuity", "buyers structured annuity")
- Is there any other capacity that Forge Consulting is acting as a "structured annuity buyer"?
