Lack of Screen Doors Lets in Bugs on Structured Settlement News

The bug and mosquito season is coming and one would be well advised to get one's door and window screens in order to filter out those annoying pests. Spring comes earlier to the State of Delaware than the State of Connecticut which is why one of its resident LLC's is apparently breeding pests earlier than others.

Structured Settlements News by Bankdynamic.com was the subject of another missive earlier this month when it falsely and inaccurately connected structured settlements to a host of unsavory characters and unrelated subjects. From what I can gather from speaking to one of the firm's partners, a guy named Brian (who wont reveal his last name), the site derives its content from news readers or software driven news feeds that pick up content from the software's key word filters set by Brian and/or his cohorts, from other sites. There is little if any original content on the Structured Settlements News site. The plus to this strategy for Brian and his partners (including the mysterious Tristan Andrews), if it works, is that he/they gets boat loads of web traffic to his/their site from llemmings (mindless followers of the crowd) hoping to find out the latest on structured settlements and when people don't find what they are looking for they start searching on the pay per clicks on the side. Brian and his partners then make monetary compensation from Google Adsense, Yahoo Ads or a similar service on the backs of confused and weary suckers. Nice business model!

The flaw in the strategy is that those that are knowledgeable about the structured settlement industry can quite easily question the validity of the information presented and the utility of the site. Consider that that site draws down on the now disproved claim that JG Wentworth is the leader in the structured settlement industry. JG Wentworth made that inaccurate claim a while back and it's old news.

Until Bank Dynamic's Structured Settlements News starts writing its own meaningful content and actually screening and reading the content that it filters in it is destined for further criticism from me and from others for failure to deliver anything useful.

Understand that nobody has a problem with people earning a living. Just do it in a way that does not waste our time.
