Is it bye bye for Sovereign Funding Group?
The Sovereign Funding Group website now lists "account suspended"
[the SFG website went live again, about 6 hours after this post appeared-see comments below]
The company continues to post a Better Business Bureau report which was only recently updated and includes the now forfeited name of Sovereign Mortgage and Funding Group. The name Soverieign Funding Group does not come up as registered with the Maryland Secretary of State.

Not only has the Sovereign Funding Group company CEO admitted fabricating identities and submitting false information to the Better Business Bureau of Greater Maryland, while at the same time touting the Better Business Bureau as part of its marketing efforts, how about this tripe on the Sovereign Funding Group website?
As of August 26, 2013 Sovereign Funding Group stated among its "special benefits of structured settlements":
A. " A structured settlement will defend a litigator from having settlement funds dissipated, after they are necessary for future care or requirements"

Comment: I'm quite sure the humor some may see in the statement will not have been what the writer intended to convey.
C. " Minors might like a structured settlement moreover, like a settlement that provides sure enough prices throughout their youth, ... a further disbursesment to buy faculty..."
Comment: "Buy faculty huh? If you are going to "buy faculty", maybe you should check your faculties?
